Book the date! Saturday November 12th, 2011, CompWOD.com is proud to bring you the first ever “Best of the Best” Primetime Throwdown.
This is an invitational only event for athletes. We will be selecting from amongst the very best that the GTA has to offer, both men’s and women’s, so the Ievel of competition will be very high!
Do not expect your typical CrossFit event. We here at CompWOD are determined to bring you a night of unique challenges and creative WODs, which are sure to entertain both the spectators and the athletes themselves.
Attendance is free! However, we encourage those coming out to watch to bring non-perishable foods items as ALL donations will go towards the Mississauga Food Bank.

We are inviting 12 men and 12 women. Invitations for those spots will be going out shortly via email. If you think that you’ve been missed, we’re providing a way for you to prove it! We will have additional spots for 3 men and 3 women.
Once all the invitations have gone out, we will be hosting an open style competition where you can submit videos (YouTube) for 3 WODs that we will be announcing. A video is best, but if you do not have a camera available, get your affiliate to vouch for your results.
